How long does it take to set up?

We request a minimum of 60 minutes prior to event start time to allow us to set up - time frame depends on each package. The more time the better for us!

How do I book your services?

Simply get in touch with us! We require a £50 non-refundable booking fee for all bookings (which is deducted from your final balance)

Can I have extra time?

Yes, all hires are for 6 hours as standard but you can have extra time for £10 per hour. We also offer morning collection too for £30 (dependant on location)

What kind of personalisation can I have?

We are flexible with our personalisation, we want to make your day perfect! We can create any text with images of your choice. Have something in mind or want to bring a theme to life? let us know.

Is there a cost for setting up and collection?

Our set up & collection is completely free! We may charge a delivery fee dependant on location.

What locations do you cover?

We cover across the Midlands, should you be based further and wish to book in with us, reach out and we will let you know if we can provide our services in your area

Can I build a custom package?

We offer bespoke packages. If you can't find what you are looking for on our website, reach out to us!
