We request a minimum of 60 minutes prior to event start time to allow us to set up - time frame depends on each package. The more time the better for us!
Simply get in touch with us! We require a £50 non-refundable booking fee for all bookings (which is deducted from your final balance). For any balloon bookings, we require a 20% deposit to secure your booking with us.
Yes, all hires are for 6 hours as standard but you can have extra time for £10 per hour.

Our set up & collection is completely free! We may charge a delivery fee dependant on location.
